Meet the West Palm Beach Team Behind Birchbark Roofing West Palm Beach
Every roof we work on in West Palm Beach gets the same thing: a crew that introduces itself by name, lays down protection before the first ladder goes up, and leaves a photo of the clean-up when we’re done. The people below are the ones who answer our phones, walk your roof, and run the crew. Some grew up in Palm Beach County. Some came for the work and stayed for the weather. What unites them is simple: they don’t like shortcuts, and they’d rather explain a price twice than surprise you once.

Our People
Erik Lindgren, Owner
Erik runs Birchbark Roofing West Palm Beach the way he’d want a crew to treat his own house: shoe covers at the door, a straight answer on price, and no mystery about who’s on the property. He’s been part of the Cedarwell family of roofing companies since 2000, and he’s the one who makes sure the 365-Day Done Right Promise means something on every job in West Palm Beach. Erik spends most days on roofs or pricing them, not behind a desk. He’ll tell you Florida sun eats underlayment faster than rain does in other states, which is why he’s particular about which materials go where. Ask him about birch bark as one of the first roofing materials: light, tough, made to shed water. He’s probably got more to say on it than you’d expect.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been leading roof replacements in South Florida for over a dozen years, most of that in West Palm Beach neighborhoods like Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights, and down toward the Southend. He’s certified on GAF and CertainTeed systems, and he handles the trickiest part of most jobs: flashing. In our climate, bad flashing around vents and chimneys causes more callbacks than any other single issue, and Marcus treats it like it’s his name on the work, because it is. When he’s not on a roof, he’s restoring a 1970s Chevy pickup, which he’ll talk about only if you ask twice. He usually has a tool belt organized well enough to make you uncomfortable about your own garage.
Daniella R., Service Coordinator
Daniella is the person who picks up when you call Birchbark Roofing West Palm Beach at 6 p.m. on a Tuesday or 9 a.m. on a Saturday. A live person answers every call, and more often than not, it’s her. She keeps the schedule, sends the written price before any work starts, and coordinates the details people forget to ask about: where the dumpster goes, when the noisy part happens, whether the dog can stay inside and which door schedule works. Daniella grew up in West Palm Beach and knows the neighborhoods well enough to tell you whether a permit on your street has been moving fast or slow lately. If you need a photo of the completed clean-up after your project, she’s the one who makes sure it reaches you.
Leo H., Installer
Leo started as an apprentice with a smaller crew in Boca Raton and joined Birchbark Roofing West Palm Beach three years ago. He’s worked his way from ground clean-up to full installs, and he’s currently finishing his training on Owens Corning and IKO product lines. Leo’s specialty is tear-off care: he handles the tarps, the magnets for stray nails, and the walkway protection that keeps your landscaping alive. He’s the one photographing the finished job site before the crew rolls up the drop cloths. Outside of work, Leo fishes the Intracoastal when the tide cooperates, and he genuinely enjoys hauling old shingles off a roof faster than most people enjoy a day off.
One Standard, Every Job
Birchbark Roofing West Palm Beach is part of the Cedarwell family of independently owned and operated roofing businesses, and that means the crew here answers to a standard, not just a supervisor. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is stamped on every job we perform in West Palm Beach. If the work isn’t right, we make it right. Our technicians are background-checked and arrive in uniform so you know who’s on your property before they set foot on the roof. We wear shoe covers, lay down drop cloths through the hallway, use pet-safe products where there’s a choice, and photograph the completed clean-up before the crew leaves. The C.A.R.E. values guide how we work: clean up like it’s our own home, ask before we move or touch anything, respect your family’s time and quiet hours, and explain the price before the work. Every job gets a written price in dollars before anything starts, always included, never optional. That’s how the crew above does roofing, from tear-off to clean-up.
